Reciprocal Privileges
Membership means a chance to play at other fine clubs; our members enjoy full or limited reciprocal privileges at other private clubs located around the world!
Full reciprocal privileges entitle a Member in good standing of Quilchena Golf & Country Club to receive full membership privileges at:
- Pitt Meadows Golf Club
- Uplands Golf Club in Victoria
- Gorge Vale Golf Club in Victoria
- Crown Isle Resort & Golf Community in Courtenay
- Nanaimo Golf Club in Nanaimo
- Kelowna Golf & Country Club in Kelowna
- The Wascana Country Club in Regina, Saskatchewan
- Pine Ridge Golf Club, Winnipeg, Manitoba
- Pymble Golf Club, in Sydney, Australia
- Castle Hill Country Club, NSW Australia
- Crail Golfing Society, Crail, Scotland
- In addition, Rivershore Golf Club in Kamloops, Vernon Golf and Country Club in Vernon and
- Bear Mountain Golf Resort in Victoria offer a sister relationship that allows Members to play golf at a special rate.
The procedure to book a golf time at these clubs is to make your request through Quilchena's Golf Shop. Members are not restricted to booking this way at full reciprocal clubs. If you find yourself traveling on the Island or in the Interior and have some time for golf you may call these clubs yourself to book. Please identify yourself as a Quilchena member when requesting your tee time. Ensure you have present your government issued photo ID when registering at their Golf Shop.
Our reciprocal agreement with Pitt Meadows Golf Club has no limit on how many times members can play at the two courses!
Quilchena members enjoy complimentary limited reciprocal privileges at the following clubs:
A ballot system is used to book golf times at these limited reciprocal clubs. These ballots are restricted to foursomes only and are available in the Golf Shop. They will be drawn with consideration given to members who have not recently received a reciprocal privilege. Reciprocal requests will be drawn every Saturday after 2 PM. Staff will notify one member of each foursome of their tee time. The reciprocal bookings will also be posted in both locker rooms. The Golf Shop keeps a record of all reciprocal bookings in order to distribute reciprocal requests fairly.
Terminal City Club Est. 1892 Terminal City Club is one of Canada's most distinguished private clubs. TCC is a city club, located in the heart of downtown Vancouver. In addition to access to dining and lounge areas, Quilchena members will enjoy access to their Fitness Centre.
The Union Club of British Columbia Located in beautiful Victoria, BC and completed in 1913, the current Beaux-Art Renaissance Clubhouse features some of the finest clubrooms in the country. This Private club, has old world flair blended with today's conveniences - the Union Club has 22 guest rooms, including 7 suites with separate sitting rooms. Many rooms have magnificent views of Victoria's beautiful Inner Harbour. The Union Club is located in the heart of downtown Victoria, adjacent to the Inner Harbour and within walking distance to many attractions.
The Boulevard Club Located in Toronto, Ontario is on the water front, just west of downtown and so very accessible from Toronto's city center. Quilchena members will have no charge to access the club and may also use their sports facilities (aquatics, badminton, tennis, fitness) as well as casual and fine dining, including their patio with one of the best lakeside views of the City.
